1. Test purpose:

Test whether the product function is normal to determine whether the product performance meets customer requirements

2. Test steps:

2.1. Correctly connect the test fixture to the test machine, and fix the fixture on the edge of the table with the fixture clamp;

2.2.100% electrical test, before the test, take a piece of electrical defective products to detect whether the test machine and fixture are normal

2.3 Insert the plastic-case of the product to be tested into the socket of the test fixture, and then observe whether the corresponding indicator light of the test instrument is luminous (if the luminous product is qualified, otherwise it is unqualified), and then pull out the product plastic-case in parallel after judging. 3. Precautions:

3.1 After the test, it is necessary to self-check whether the plastic shell is scratched and whether the terminal is crooked

3.2 Report to superior or quality control in case of continuous bad electrical test

3.3 Good and bad products should be distinguished, marked clearly, and bad products should be placed in the designated position

3.4 The test head shall be replaced once every 3000PCS, and the vulnerable test head shall be replaced immediately according to the actual condition
